Before himself attending the bar, Charles lectured at UNSW specialising in Constitutional and Administrative Law.

With over 40 years of experience as a Criminal and Civil Barrister, Charles has a complete knowledge of the legal system and a keen understanding of the intricacies and complexities of law.

With thousands of hours and almost half a century spent in front of juries and working on many of Australia’s highest-profile criminal cases, Charles has a special interest in jury seduction and the art of cross-examination.

With the invaluable experience of thousands of cases, Charles is able to illustrate the many textured ways to approach a case, and indeed, law as a whole.

Charles has many passions outside law that inform and enrich his understanding of the legal industry.

Charles is currently available for private or group sessions across a wide-variety of legal topics.
